The breakfast had lots of options and included bread and cheese. The staff was excellent, fairly friendly, and everything was brand-new. The location was easy and favourable, for example, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower was at walking distance from the hotel. This property was in a quiet area.

Our trip to Vietnam was primarily driven by a desire to immerse ourselves in the culture, and Smarana provided everything we needed for a remarkable experience. The trendy and comfortable rooms, fantastic restaurant, rooftop bar, lounge, and highly acclaimed spa were impressive. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the amazing staff's expertise and genuine warmth. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and a lot of warmth. We felt like family and received excellent assistance throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The rooms had great noise insulation, allowing for a peaceful sleep. We also appreciated the staff's attention to detail, as they provided us with the small pillows we requested. The amenities were plentiful, and we even had the whole skybar to ourselves at one point. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip flawless, and we want to give a special thanks to Trang, who helped us every hour and made our honeymoon celebration extra special. this hotel is up there with the best I have experienced, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
